    Managing Director

    Paul is an experienced company director with a wealth of success in sales and marketing roles across a number of industry sectors. A family man with four children to keep him busy, he has a passion for the sea, keeping fit, and his local football team.

    James has held senior positions within the financial services industry, covering governance in highly regulated environment. A surfer at heart, James has two children and talent for drumming.

    With a successful career spanning senior marketing and business development roles, Lisa is the sales personality behind ViiSana. She’s also a mum of three and an avid paddle-boarder and keep fit fan.

    Justin has a wealth of experience in the financial services marketplace. He’s a rugby fan, snappy dresser and a doting father of two girls.

    Lucy made the move to ViiSana when the company first started. Possesing an unwavering abilty to keep smiling through out the day  – Lucy is a key member of the team.
    She is a proud Mum to Henry, enjoys keeping active and spending time with friends and family.

    Sonja oversees our Customer Engagement Programme alongside Lucy, ensuring that policy holders get the most from their ViiSana Additions rewards and benefits. In her spare time she is a talented sports massage therapist and enjoys a spot of selling vintage tools and home-wares.  She has 3 children and is always the last one to leave a party.
