Terms & Conditions

In addition to the range of discounts, rewards and benefits offered by Vitality to their insurance plan holders (customers), the following additional rewards are offered to plan holders who buy their Vitality plan using the intermediary services provided by ViiSana Limited:

General Terms and Conditions

  1. From time to time ViiSana offers incentives and promotions for existing and new customers (Rewards).
  2. ViiSana Rewards are only available to plan holders (customers) who have become a Vitality customer via ViiSana Limited (ViiSana).
  3. The Rewards are only applicable in the event the customer is a valid plan holder at the time of claiming the Reward.
  4. The Rewards are only available to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over.
  5. The Rewards are completely exclusive to ViiSana and have no link to either Vitality or HL Partnership Limited. Vitality or HL Partnership Limited therefore neither carry any responsibility or liability for the provision, fulfilment or ongoing management of any ViiSana Reward.
  6. The Rewards are not negotiable or  transferable. Rewards cannot be returned.
  7. Rewards are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Rewards. ViiSana reserves the right to substitute a Reward with a Reward of equal or greater value.
  8. Details of the Rewards given, or any customer specific data will be processed in accordance with ViiSana’s Privacy Policy.
  9.  Insofar as is permitted by law, ViiSana, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of ViiSana, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. ViiSana is not liable in the event that a customer changes address / contact details prior to the Reward being delivered and the customer does not inform ViiSana of this change within a reasonable timeframe. ViiSana will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer once the Reward is due for issue. The Reward is valid for claim by the customer for a period of 12 months from the date that the plan holder becomes eligible for the Reward.
  10. ViiSana may alter these terms and conditions at any time, with a minimum notice period of 30 days. Details of any proposed changes will be reflected on ViiSana’s website. You should ensure you review these terms and conditions from time to time
  11. New Rewards will be introduced from time to time. Terms of these Rewards will be listed on ViiSana’s website.
  12. By submitting a Reward request, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
  13. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, ViiSana may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Reward.
  14. ViiSana reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Reward where it becomes necessary to do so.
  15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The following Rewards are offered to customers who buy their Vitality plan using the intermediary services provided by ViiSana:

ViiSana Additions for Business Wellness Fund

A company’s Wellness Fund will be calculated using the total value of the Life Insurance premiums. The value of the Wellness Fund can be redeemed from ViiSana’s ‘Additions for Business’ programme of extra rewards and benefits. Benefits awarded through the Wellness Fund must be redeemed within one year of the data of agreement. If a policy lapses within 2 years of the commencement date, Viisana reserves the right to claim back any funds awarded.

For customers to qualify for ViiSana Additions their monthly Life policy value must exceed £50 (this includes joint policy holders whose overall policy value exceeds £50).

Vitality Platinum Status policy holders: Policy holders who reach platinum status will be rewarded with a voucher from Love2Shop to the value of £50. Such voucher does not have an alternative case value and is non-transferable. ViiSana reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Charitable donations: ViiSana will donate £5 from the value of a single policy that is generated directly as a result advertising on rewardsforforces.co.uk/ rewardsforrescue.co.uk/ rewardsforpolice.co.uk. The policy must be on risk to qualify. Donations will be paid monthly to a chosen charity. ViiSana reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Wearable Tech Cash-back Voucher

These terms and conditions in respect of the wearable tach-cash back offer (Reward) are additional to ViiSana’s Rewards Terms and Conditions set out above.

The Reward will run from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2019 inclusive or until it is terminated by ViiSana.

A minimum monthly policy premium of £50+ to qualify.

The Reward is against the purchase of 1 x wearable technology item only.

It may take up to 30 days from the date you submit your claim for the Reward for it to be processed.

In the event the plan holder cancels their plan with Vitality within 12 months of inception, ViiSana is entitled to request for the return of the cash-back given in full.

Cash-back is for the value of your purchase up to a maximum £50. 1 x £50 cash-back voucher is allowed per eligible policy.

ViiSana Refer a Friend – Amazon Echo Dot Offer

These terms and conditions in respect of the ViiSana Amazon Echo Dot (Reward) are additional to ViiSana’s Rewards Terms and Conditions set out above.

The Reward will run from 1st January 2018 to 1st March 2018 inclusive or until it is terminated by ViiSana.

The Reward is available to customers who originally arranged their insurance policy with ViiSana, and who refers an acquaintance to ViiSana who then subsequently take out and maintain a Vitality policy through ViiSana.

The Reward entitles the customer to receive an Amazon Echo Dot either in white or black – the colour cannot be determined by receiver.

The Reward will be sent by post to the customer. The Reward will be sent once the associated plan is live with Vitality, and after the second direct debit payment has been taken – normally within six weeks.

The Reward is limited to one Amazon Echo Dot for each new policy holder referred.

“Recommend a Friend” Vouchers (or associated offers) are not available to ViiSana staff, ViiSana Protection Consultants, or anyone associated with any existing lead generation activities that ViiSana undertakes. The Reward is available until further notice but may be withdrawn at any time. The Reward is not available to commercial/business customers.

The ViiSana management team reserves the right withhold payment of the Reward, pending investigation, in the event of any suspected abuse of the Reward.

20% Off annual/monthly DD membership fees with Everyone Active

These terms and conditions in respect of the Everyone Active (Reward) are additional to ViiSana’s Rewards Terms and Conditions set out above.

The Reward will run from1st January 2018 to 31st December 2019 inclusive or until it is terminated by ViiSana.

To qualify for the Everyone Active offer, customers must have taken a current Vitality policy through ViiSana. To start a membership application, customers must enter a Corporate Discount Code ‘Viisana (Vitality) Policy Holders’ when completing their online membership request. Your Vitality membership number will be used to qualify applications online or you will be requested to produce proof of your policy number on site 7 days after membership request.

The following terms apply for ‘20% off an Annual / Direct Debit Membership’.

This offer is available to UK residents aged 16 or over in participating centres. See www.everyoneactive.com.

The following terms apply for the ‘20% off an Annual / Direct Debit Membership.’

  1. All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card at the centre or already have a card to participate.
  2. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase a full annual membership, paying in full in advance. There will be no joining fee to pay. Or MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (Adult only) and pay for 1 month of their membership up front. This will cover the final month of membership. In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the centre. This must be received by 20th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1st of the following month.
  3. No refunds will be awarded if the membership is cancelled early.
  4. The offer is save 20% off the standard price of a Full Annual / DD Adult Fitness Membership during the promotional period only.
  5. Excludes temporary / student / concession / senior / junior / swim / corporate memberships.

  7. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.

  9. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time, in exceptional circumstances.

Leisure Guard £40 M&S voucher offer in association with ViiSana

These terms and conditions in respect of the Leisure Guard £40 M&S voucher (Reward) are additional to ViiSana’s Rewards Terms and Conditions set out above.

The Reward will run from 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019 inclusive or until it is terminated by ViiSana.

ViiSana Marks & Spencer £40 voucher (Reward) is available to new customers who arrange their Vitality Life or Health Insurance policy through ViiSana.

Subsequent to a policy being placed on risk the Reward entitles the plan holder to receive forty pounds worth of Marks and Spencer vouchers.

The Reward will be sent by post to the customer. The Reward will be sent once the associated plan is live with Vitality, and after the second direct debit payment has been taken – normally within six weeks.

Marks and Spencer vouchers (or associated offers) are not available to ViiSana staff, ViiSana Protection Consultants, or anyone associated with any existing lead generation activities that ViiSana undertakes. The Offer is available until further notice but may be withdrawn at any time. The Offer is not available to commercial/business customers.

The ViiSana management team reserves the right to withhold payment of The Offer, pending investigation, in the event of any suspected abuse of The Offer.

FitBit Flex 2 Offer

  • ViiSana FitBit Flex 2 (The Offer) is available to current plan holders who originally arrange their insurance policy through ViiSana Limited.
  • The Offer does not have an alternative cash value and is non-transferable. The Offer is for 1 x FitBit Flex 2 per activated policy
  • For customers to qualify for The Offer their monthly Life or Health policy value must exceed £35 (this includes joint policy holders whose overall policy value exceeds £35).
  • From submission receipt of The Offer may take up to 30 days to be processed.
  • The Offer entitles the plan holder to receive a FitBit Flex in black – the colour cannot be determined by the receiver.
  • The Offer will be sent by post to the customer. The Offer will be sent once the associated plan is live with Vitality, and after the second direct debit payment has been taken – normally within six weeks.
  • ViiSana accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss (direct or consequential) as a result of accepting or taking The Offer.
  • Customer’s statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
  • In the event the plan holder cancels their plan with Vitality within 12 months of inception, ViiSana is entitled to request for the return of The Offer given in full.
  • ViiSana Limited is not liable in the event that a plan holder changes address / contact details. ViiSana will make reasonable efforts to contact the plan holder once The Offer is due for issue.

  • ViiSana Amazon Fire Stick (The Offer) is available to current plan holders who originally arrange their insurance policy through ViiSana Limited.
  • The Offer does not have an alternative cash value and is non-transferable. The Offer is for 1 x Amazon Fire Stick per activated policy.
  • For customers to qualify for The Offer their monthly Life or Health policy value must exceed £35 (this includes joint policy holders whose overall policy value exceeds £35).
  • From submission receipt of The Offer may take up to 30 days to be processed.
  • The Offer will be sent by post to the customer. The Offer will be sent once the associated plan is live with Vitality, and after the second direct debit payment has been taken – normally within six weeks.
